Hi All,

I'm currenlty working on file full of equations using Indesign 2019.

I'm using blow plugin to show up the equations:

  1. PowerMathCC14
  2. PowerMathUICC14

The problem: once I added these plugins the equations show up but Indesign is not opening properly, taking around 10 minutes to open a file, then freezes the second I try to do anything.

Does anyone have any idea why? and what is the solution?
please advise.

Very hard to know

Have you contacted the plugin makers to see if there's an update?

If every document try reset your preferences

Quit InDesign, then relaunch the application and immediately hold down the following key combinations for your OS:
Mac OS X: CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift.
Windows: CTL+ALT+Shift.

If it's just one document try File Export and choose IDML

Open it up and resave it as an indesign file

See if problems persist.

You can use CC Cleaner Tool
