After enable actual PPI and Effective PPI in panel option the PPI doest not show in Links panel option
PPI values only show for pure raster formats, not for vectors or PDF.

My first thought was the same as @Peter Spier and it is confirmed with your screenshot: the linked files are vector files, so the ppi notion is irrelevant in this case.
You also have multiple instances of the same PSD file, you have to see individual instance to see the resolution.

Hi @LearnerS , you can use a preflight resolution rule to check if images inside of your .ai files drop below a defined effective resolution threshold:
