Print to Adobe PDF

For the past couple of days, I have tried printing to a PDF from Indesign and have been having difficulty. It's never really been an issue in the past but somehow when I print to PDF my program reads takes a very long time to convert to PDF or doesn't even do it at all. I've restarted the program, restarted my computer, reinstalled Indesign, etc. but nothing seems to work.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Export it. There is zero reason to print to PDF which is an archaic method of PDF creation.
