printing and boarders

does anyone know how to add a thick boarder around the margins for printing?

If you want each page to have a printed border, go to the Parent page (in older versions called Master page), create a new layer on top and add a rectangle with a stroke and no fill). This will add the border to every page that's based on that Parent page.
