Problème d'exportation PDF avec InDesign

Bonjour,

j'ai, depuis plusieurs mois, des problèmes d'exportation en PDF de mes fichiers avec InDesign : l'export se fait plus ou moins bien (le PDF est en général généré), mais la tâche en arrière plan ne s'arrête jamais ce qui conduit à un blocage d'InDesign qui ne peut se résoudre que par un forçage d'arrêt. J'ai cru un moment que le responsable était mon Imac, un peu ancien, mais je viens d'en changer il y a trois jours pour un tout neuf, nettement plus puissant, et je rencontre exactement le même problème. La taille du PDF semble ne pas être en cause (que je génère des PDF d'une page ou de plusieurs centaines ne change rien).

Tu as bien réinitialisé les préférences ?

Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd [Mac] jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation. Ou alors, autre méthode : va dans User > Bibliothèque > Preferences > Adobe InDesign > Version xx (dépend de la version installée) > fr_FR et supprime uniquement le fichier InDesign Defauts. Ensuite, va dans User > Bibliothèque > Caches > Adobe InDesign > Version xx (dépend de la version installée) > fr_FR

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the suggestions shared by Mike and if you still need any assistance, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of InDesign & macOS.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Which PDF preset is used?
  4. Does it crash or become unresponsive?

Hi,

 

I tried all the proposed solutions, and it still does not work: my last pdf was over two hours ago, and InDesign is always unresponsive : I have to quit InDesign by forcing the shutdown, and when I reopen it, it doesn't manage to recover the file (I have to close a new one asking not to recover the file)

So I answer the questions:

1. InDesign 17.4 2022 and MacOS Monterey Version 12.5.1

2. with all the PDF files I create, regardless of the original file
3. different pdf settings are used and always the same problem

The problem continues, and I still don't have a solution... I can't even stop the task in the background, and my Mac's fan starts spinning loudly... This is extremely annoying!

Look at this screenshot: the PDF "562-572" has been formed for more than 10 min, and InDesign is completely blocked...

Did you try to disable preflight?

Bonjour !

 

Oui, j'ai réinitialisé les préférences de nombreuses fois (à vrai dire, après chaque exportation "plantée" d'un PDF), et cela ne règle pas le problème. J'ai également désinstaller, puis réinstallé... mais il est vraiq ue je ne suis pas passé par cette méthode, mais par l'interface Adobe (une fois) et par CleanMyMac (une fois).
Actuellement, je n'ai "solutionné" le problème qu'en exportant par des fichiers eps que je convertie en assemble ensuite en PDF...
