Problème d'enregistrement des fichiers exportés via la suite Adobe

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte pour signaler un problème récurrent que je rencontre depuis quelques mois concernant l'enregistrement de mes fichiers via la suite Adobe sur mon poste (ça fonctionne sur le reseau de la société) .

Auparavant, je pouvais enregistrer directement mes documents dans un dossier spécifique, et lors de chaque export, le chemin d'enregistrement se remplissait automatiquement. Cependant, depuis quelque temps, mes logiciels ne mémorisent plus le chemin et me renvoient systématiquement vers le dossier "Documents" par défaut. Je suis donc obligé de rechercher manuellement le dossier dans lequel je souhaite enregistrer mes fichiers à chaque export, ce qui ralentit considérablement mon travail.

Je ne sais pas si cela est dû à un changement dans les paramètres du logiciel ou à une autre cause, mais ce comportement n'était pas présent auparavant et complique beaucoup la gestion de mes fichiers.

Si vous avez des solutions ou des pistes à explorer pour résoudre ce problème, je vous en serai reconnaissant.

Could you please let us know the version of Adobe InDesign you are using and the details of your operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Ventura, etc.)?

Also, does this issue occur only when you are not connected to the company network, or does it persist even when you are working on the company network?

Bonjour,

Je viens de mettre à jour ma version d'InDesign, mais le problème persiste.
Lorsque je travaille depuis chez moi en télétravail sans etre brancher au reseau de l'entreprise c'est identique.
Ce qui est étrange, c'est que lorsque j'enregistre sur le réseau, le chemin est gardé et se fait automatiquement sur l'export suivant. Ca ne marche que sur le reseau pas sur mon poste. Bizarre !

Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce dysfonctionnement ?

Thanks for the update. Based on your description, it seems like the issue may be related to the way InDesign interacts with local vs. networked storage.

Please verify the following: 

1. Check if the local folder you're saving to has the necessary permissions set. Sometimes, certain folders on your computer may have restricted access, preventing InDesign from saving the path properly. You can check and adjust the folder's permissions by right-clicking on the folder, selecting Get Info, and making sure the "Read & Write" permission is set for your user.

2. Since the issue works when you're on the company network, there could be some network settings (like syncing or mapped drives) that help InDesign remember the path. You could try replicating this behavior by mapping your local folder as a network drive to see if that fixes the issue.

4. Clear out any temporary files or caches that may be causing InDesign to revert to the default folder. You can do this by quitting InDesign and clearing the preferences cache (found in ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/InDesign).
