Problem about line feed or line break with indesign app.

Using InDesign 2021(16.4).

I think I have a problem about line feed or line break with indesign app.

It may not be able to explain it well, so please check the movie below.

Whenever I edit/copy&paste some element or object in this file,
it does not keep breaking at the same position.

It starts getting weird line feed.And I can’t use line-break-code due to the specifications,
But I need the line-break/line-feed at the same position.
