Problem with indd file size

Hi,

I have simple file size with 1 page and 1 imported image. No embeded images, no text, no pdf but just 1 imported jpg. Indd file size is 250 MB and can't be reduced.

I know the trick to export idml and save new indd after that, but how can we do better

All programs is up to date.
