Problema con tarea en segundo plano

Hola, resulta que he tenido una desincronización de la fuente Open Sans por surgir un problema de duplicado en el catálogo tipográfico, una vez solucionado esto remplacé todas las fuentes por las nuevas pero no me deja exportar el archivo. Existe una tarea en segundo plano de "activando fuente" que no completa NUNCA llevo horas con el programa abierto y no me deja exportar nada.
A alguien le ha pasado? donde puedo hablar con un soporte real?

2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
