Problema con transiciones en Pdf interactivo exportado de InDesign

Hola! creo las transiciones entre paginas en InDesign siguiendo exactamente las instrucciones de https://helpx.adobe.com cuando abro el Pdf interactivo en Acrobat Pro DC y visualizo en pantalla completa las transiciones no se ven.

También lo hice creando las transiciones en Acrobat Pro DC y sucede lo mismo.

No encuentro solución... desde ya gracias!

  2. Details of transition options you opted.
  3. Is this happening with this specific file or multiple files?

1. InDesign 17.3 / OS Big Sur versión 11.6.4

2. probé con todas las opciones de transición y ninguna se visualiza, y con las tres opciones de velocidad.

3. Esta sucediendo con todos los archivos que probé.

Well, then either Full Screen mode lacks this feature or its a bug with Acrobat Pro DC and Adobe Reader.
