I have a document exported from the latest version of indesign to interactive pdf format. I have noticed that the links put in the form of hyperlinks do not only work when using the google drive pdf reader (testing on a android phone). I have tried the oneedrive pdf reader and it works like a charm.
Specifically I have problems with links to youtube. I tried links to google maps and wa.me and they work without problems in google drive pdf viewer.
Any idea what the problem may be?

Did you create the link in the link panel (Window > Interactive > Hyperlinks? That should be done. Or did you only type it into text, this is not so good.

But: Only Adobe’s Acrobat Reader is able to present all PDFs correctly. All others have their limits. Tell your customer that he should use Acrobat.
