Publish Online Document Not Found

Sent out a docment to a team using Publish Online. Now it I'm getting a Document Not Found web page. I then went to check all my other Publish online documents and have the same error. HELP! Deadline to send this out is today.

It is because Amazon AWS servers are down, this also means Cloud services for Adobe. World wide problem. You just will have to wait for Amazon to fix this...

Thanks for the news 🙂 Now it seems that they're working to fix the issue.. I've just uploaded a file and saw it on line a few minute ago... now it's down again 😞

I'm having this same issue 2 years on, and all serves are apparently up and running. Is there any alternative reason why i may be getting the 'you canot use this feature right now. please check your network conectivity'' message?

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus depuis 1/2 heure à publier avec "Publich Online" sur Indd. J'ai publié plusieurs fois depuis ce matin et maintenant j'ai le message suivant : "Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser cette fonctionnalité pour le moment. veuillez vérifiier votre connectivité réseau".

Hors, mon réseau fonctionne parfaitement bien. Adobe rencontre peut-être un problème en ce moment ?

Pouvez-vous me renseigner ou m'aider sur ce problème.

Mêmes soucis de mon côté l'option Publish online inaccessible. Projet à présenter demain au client j'espère que ce sera résolu. J'ai l'impression que ce sont les serveurs Adobe qui ont un souci et non nos réseaux.

Ok merci pour l'info, il faut juste être patient… En même temps, il est certain que l'offre est alléchante, il doit y avoir un max de fichiers sur les serveurs d'Adobe. A ce sujet, s'avez vous comment supprimer d'anciennes publications ?

 

Portez-vous bien et encore super de pouvoir converser du fond mon bureau seul face à mon ENORME petit problème.

Every publish online created are now "error 404". However, I didn't make any changes on my document. Now, every publish online on my website are unavailable. 

Is there a solution to solve this recurrent problem?

On selecting File/Publish Online, a pop-up informs me that "You cannot use this function at this time. Please check your internet connection". It was working fine up until an hour ago. Internet is connected and I am signed in to CC.
Any ideas? Thanks

Celà vient-il de vos serveurs??? 

Le message stipule :  Vous n'avez pas accès au service Publish Online.
Et depuis indd il me dit que je ne peux pas utiliser cette fonctionalité pour l'instant ??
