Well, one of the most common fixes for any Publish Online error is to log out of your CC app (not InDesign, but the Creative Cloud app), then sign back in. Can you try this and let us know the result?

Also, did this ever work for you? Are you behind a firewall by chance?

Are you behind any kind of firewall?

Also, were you ever able to publish a document from the system in question?

Thanks

Hi Gabriel,

As Diane mentioned, it could be due to the Antivirus. Try to Publish Online in Safe Mode with Networking:

For Windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

For Windows 7: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/17419/windows-7-advanced-startup-options-safe-mode

MAC: Start in Safe Boot mode for Adobe products on Mac OS X

If it works in Safe Mode, there is some internet security on your system which is blocking it. If it does not work in Safe Mode as well please try contacting our support team for live troubleshooting session: Contact Customer Care

Regards,

Srishti

Hi Diane,

I tried what you suggested but still nothing. I was talking to adobe support all morning trying to get the issue fixed but they couldn't help me. They are suppose to have one of their experts contact me about the issue but nothing yet.
