Hi,
I'm trying to upload a publish online document, to include the downloadable pdf feature but it won't work I have tried with other documents and they don't work either.
I can upload the document on publish online like normal but when I try to include the feature of being able to download the PDF it falls over every time.
In the past, I've had no issues with this at all as I use it regularly.
Other colleagues can publish online with the PDF download as an option for the same document and have no issues whatsoever.
Please could someone help if you have a solution.
