Publish Online Error: Not Able to Update Existing Document

I am writing to see if there is a known issue with Publish Online today? As of yesterday I was able to Publish a newsletter and overwrite the existing version. Today when I go to do that, I don't see the options and when I choose select, I get a preloader that does not load anything. I tested this in my person Adobe CC account and noticed the same error. Anyone else experiencing this?

Me too, same problem today. Very annoying. Maybe it's a server thing ? Im in South East Asia
