Publish Online – Full Screen or Zoom Level

Hi All,

I have a document I have published online with Indesign 'Publish Online', it has a mixture of landscape and portrait pages. As a result it opens on the landscape page (page 1) but only opens at around 50% of the size. Is there a way to either force full screen when the link is clicked (adding some sort of Fullscreen command at the end of the URL maybe) or assign a zoom level on a page by page basis?
