I have a multi-page document published online via Adobe and all of a sudden, three pages of it will not load and simply have a message that says [ "message": not found. ] These pages were working fine until just recently. There have been no changes to the document or files. It comes from a packaged project that has barely been touched. What is going on????
Hello @codylrsd,
Thanks for sharing the details. While I check this with the team, could you try updating to the latest version of InDesign 20.4.1 (https://adobe.ly/4kXLZjR) to see if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @codylrsd,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand how puzzling this issue must be, especially since everything was working fine earlier.
To help us troubleshoot this better, could you please confirm the version of InDesign you're using and the details of your operating system? Additionally, I'd recommend trying the steps suggested in this community thread:
https://adobe.ly/44sFdMV
Let me know how it goes after trying that and we'll take it from there.

I'm using version 20.4. See screenshot for OS details. I'm not sure which steps you mean to take. My issue isn't that it's not found after trying to download a pdf like in the example you give. It's that it shows not found for three pages at all times. I don't have any files with odd symbols in the file name either. Here is the doc: https://indd.adobe.com/view/f95e967b-1f8c-436e-bf79-a22fb4b1df74 See pages 3, 4, 5.
