I tried several different projects and all are unexpected longer than before...

Adobe System Status is not currently reporting any maintenance or issues. I can access Publish Online documents without issue.

Are they very large documents maybe with videos?

Yes i usually use small gif but even when it's a bit larger it's okay...
It's weird cause the absolutely same project that I published few days ago worked pretty well and now it's impossible to publish it 😞
