I love this feature when it works. It usually takes several attempts before I am able to upload my quarterly newsletter. This month however, every attempt fails. I even tried uploading a blank document and it still fails. I then tried uploading it from a different computer on a different network and got the same error. Adobe Help was also not able to resolve the issue.
Is anyone able to upload to online publishing today?
My issue was caused by my account. I'm not sure if tech support did anything but they had me log out of Creative Cloud and ID. When I logged back in the feature worked.

I was able to publish today.
Recently, there was an error #0 that caused an issue with older versions of ID, but that seems to be fixed, at least for me.
