Publish Online Video doc loads slowly

Hey all,

I've created a 40 page document with 27 videos and ~50 images. I'm getting a slow load issue on every page with videos. What I'm seeing is the page previews at about 1/2 the page size and when the video loads it appears at full size.

There are roughly 2.3gb of linked files. The 27 videos are under 100mb, 10 are under 50mb, 1video weights in at 19mb and still has this issue. I've scaled down the videos considerably with Adobe Media Encoder and Handbrake due to the errors listed below.

1. I'm wondering if there's a way to make the document pre-load to alleviate this problem?
2. Would it better to link the videos online?
3. This takes FOREVER to save, would it be faster if the videos we in a CC Library?
4. Should I create individual pages and just link the documents?

I may be misunderstanding the issue, but can you tell me what browser you are using? Safari on Mac loads video in a similar way as you describe, and I don't know of any fix for it. Other browsers seem fine.

Update.

Mac: Appears the problem is only occuring in Safari. Chrome and Opera are fine, just the usual pre-load wheel briefly.

PC: Edge and Firefox pre-load at full size.
