Publish Online viewer breaking in Chrome on Android

The Publish Online viewer that's offered within InDesign is severely breaking within Chrome on Android devices. 

 

We completed extensive testing and have identified that these issues affect Chrome on Android devices, which accounts for a significant market share (~25%) of total web traffic.

 

The issues we have observed are as follows:

- Inability to navigate pages of Publications within Publish Online

- Inability to relaunch the navigation bar within Publish Online

 

This is a major bug that affects a large number of users. Can you please provide a timeline of when it is expected to be resolved please? I can see that this issue was logged in September last year but is as-yet unresolved.
