Publish Online: When 'publish online', text changes in Buttons and forms

Hi everyone 

When my document is being 'Published Online' all Buttons and Forms-text boxes changes to an old text instead of showing what I have saved in the document. First screenshot is my saved document and second picture are the document when published online.

Is your text controlled by paragraph styles with no over-rides on the formatting?

(To see overrides, in the Paragraph Styles panel, turn on the Style Override Highlighter button.)
