Sorry to hear about this trouble. I would request if you could if could share a few more details like:

  • Where you are getting this error (Browser or Publish online dialog box in InDesign)?
  • Do you see thumbnail on Publish Online dialog box?

  • Which OS and version of InDesign is this?
  • When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.

1. Chrome Browser.

2. I do see a thumbnail with my indesign content in it.

3. Windows / Indesign (I can't check version because I don't have windows booted up right now and can't boot it up because I am doing something else in another operating system, but it is the latest version as the time of the original posting)

4. It was my first time using the share button. 

Update, 8-1-2021, 4:17 pm. The document is available online now in both adobe accounts publisher and the person with whom the document is being published. The error I attached as a screen shot above is no longer visible. I am using a mac now though, same browser. That is the only difference.
