Publishing Online : Error #18 / Publication en ligne impossible !

Hello,

Suddenly, I can't publish online anymore.

It's going through 99% then "Error #18".

I tried everything (log out everywhere, resintall, two computers with various Os), no problem with the payment.

I can't publish on my side, but I did a package to a friend and he was totally able to publish with his account.

The problems seems linked to the account, not the files/computer/Os.

Do I have to stop my subscription for a new one ? Is it the only solution ???

Screengrabs : first one is a 100 pages, second is totally blank. Same result everywhere. Two other friends were able to publish.

SOLVED !

I had to contact them through the chat then a "specialist" with remote access then a technician fixed it on Adobe's end.

So YES, the problem was linked to my account and it can only be resolved on their side.

It was dramatic for my client, but Adobe reactivity was very efficient. Thank you !
