Pure Black Screen Issue in Adobe Premiere Pro During Playback

HI Everyone,

Black screen problems are disrupting my workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro. Whenever I try to play back a video in the timeline, the preview screen goes completely black, even though the audio plays without any issues. I have already tried clearing my media cache, updating my graphics drivers, and ensuring I’m using the latest version of Premiere Pro, but the problem persists.

Iam currently working on Windows 11 with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU and using Premiere Pro version 23.1.

Has anyone else encountered this black screen issue during playback? Could it be related to hardware acceleration settings, codecs, or a software bug? Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
