Question for transfering adobe program settings to a new laptop

Hello everybody, how are you doing today? So what I am trying to do is to take my older versions of adobe apps From my 2014 macbook pro and transfer them to a new macbook M1 laptop. I never done this before and it seems like a lot of work to do it manually by hand for each program. I can't get updates on my desktop anymore to update to the lastest version of each app. for my laptop software. I keep on seeing about how to transfer things over and different types of methods. What I am looking for help on is what way would you recommend I transfer my different workspaces, brushes, presets etc for each app to export/import them? Also, what would the important settings I would want to look for to import for each program that I should make a copy of. For example, I should look for the preferences for what workspaces I use, what brushes I use, etc. Would it be possible to tell me what are the settings that are the most important to transfer over and those are least important? I understand better when someone breaks it down into steps for me so I can understand better in detail than most people. This way, I can know I should want to have these settings to import to my new version like my workspaces, colors, brushes, presets etc. Any info would be very help about this topic and I mostly use Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Acrobat for my career. Anything that you think of can be helpful to know more about this topic. I have very specific settings that I want to transfer and important over so my workflow will be fine.

Thank you

Because your versions are from 10 years ago, you should not try to move the apps to your new M1 machine. There will be too many incompatibilities. Just reinstall new versions.

Hello, how are you doing? For my Adobe programs,  I am aware that things change with the programs. What I would like to know is what are the settings you had created that you brought to newer versions?  I know that people import and export different settings from an older app like workspaces, brushes, colors, presets etc. to newer versions on a different computer. That is what I was looking more really to understand. For example, I have workspaces I have created that I want to keep and use for my tools.
