"constrain" not working on keyboard

Hi,

Suddenly I cannot 'constrain' an image box to scale up proportionately using the usual keyboard commands.

I've tried resetting 'preferences' by holding down - 'Shift-Control-Alt-Command' on start up, but nothing changes.

Any insights appreciated.

Did you get the confirmation dialog when you used the keyboard shorcut? If not, you need to be faster, or see Reset InDesign Preferences and Other Troubleshooting for how to do it manually.
