I'm using the paid version of InDesign and the "export package" button in is not clickable.
I've already tried closing the file, and even closing the whole program and reopening it, but it doesn't fix it.
Hello @itsestella,
I appreciate you getting in touch. I just need to confirm if your InDesign file is saved as a cloud document. When a file is stored in the cloud, the Package option will be grayed out. Packaging is only possible for files saved locally on your computer. You can use the Save As function to save it to a local folder on your drive and then check the Package option once more.

Please let me know after you attempt to save the file locally and if the option becomes active again.
I'm happy to assist further if necessary!
