Random Black and red lines while working in Indesign

Hi all

i recently upgraged to a Macbook pro with M1 Max and once installing indesign and working in the latest version i seeem to be having visual prblems where either random black lines will appear or the text becomes dissorted see images below. Just wondering if any one knows what i am doing wrong and how i can fix the issue as when i use my mac bok with the intel version these problems do not occure.

These sorts of artifacts can be associated with GPU accelleration. Try turning it off in your prefs.

I'm having the same problem and it's VERY ANNOYING. Can't even get the correct representation of illustrator files which makes ID worthless. Disabling the graphic performance makes it worse. ADOBE! Pls do something!!

I have gone back to 2021 version
