Hi Harshika,

I'm having the same issue and the fonts are installed and active in CC desktop app.

I primarily use InDesign. This is an issue for fonts that I have added to the CC desktop app, NOT fonts from Adobe Fonts

Hey

I'd like to help - but I'm a bit confused on the issue you are describing.

How are you installing fonts on the CC Desktop App?

Can you clarify what you mean by 'not fonts from Adobe Fonts'?

Can you also clarify the steps you are taking to activate fonts - sometimes screenshots will help us to identify the exact issue and how to resolve it.

Thank you.

Hi

I have .ttf and .otf files of fonts that I have purchased. In the CC Desktop App there is a place to upload and manage font files. I've attached numebred screenshots of how I add these files.

I keep all purchased fonts in one location. Never move them.

They show they are activated in the CC desktop app but go missing in the software apps.

I'm unsure what happened here, but this post was originally a reply to a post of someone else... not sure how it posted as a new topic! Whoops.

To summarise:

  • you added your local purchased fonts to your CCloud Font list
  • the fonts are not available in InDesign when opening files that contain the fonts or create new files

Is that correct?
