Font not showing up

I am having the same problem with the font Helvetica Neue. There are 14 weights in the font family I installed onto my PC (which is running Windows version 1709) Only 4 of the 14 are showing up but the computer shows all the fonts are installed. Is there another work-around to possibly try?

We are sorry to hear about this. I would request you to please share the following details:

• Operating System(Windows/ MAC)
• What type of fonts they are and from where you have installed them?
• For MAC check Fontbook if you see all the 14 versions are there or not, for Windows check Fonts folder in Control panel (Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Fonts)
