Really bad rendering - Indesign

When i press crtl + D and choose everything from PNG, JPEG or AI and want to put it in Indesign this mouse button is showing, where i can drag the file around the screen. After i press on the A4 page where i want it to be the redering is really-- REALLY bad, and i telle you is not a "small picture too big picture scaling problem".

Try setting the Display Performance (under the View Menu) to High Quality Display.

Do it with no files open to set as the default, but you'll also probably have to do it for any existing files.
