Review Link von anderen aktualiseren lassen

Community Beginner ,

Hallo zusammen,

Hi @Miklas

Thanks for your question! Currently, Adobe's review link system ties the link's permissions to the original creator of the document. This means only Editor A (the original creator) would have full control over updating or modifying the existing review link.

However, a common workaround is for Editor B to open the document, create a new review link, and share it with the customer to continue the feedback process without delay. It’s a few extra steps, but it can ensure that feedback continues even if the original editor is unavailable.

I understand how valuable this feature would be, especially for teams where projects might change hands. I'll make sure to pass this along to the product team as a feature request!

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.

Best,

Abhishek Rao

Thank you Abhishek Rao,

this workaround is really not the best way, but i will be fine with this for the moment.

Never tried it myself - but try to login into "A" user account? So you'll be seen as an author of the original document.

That's not a legal way 😄

Why? Aren't you working for the same company?

And you'll be using another account temporarily - with approval from the original owner - when he / she isn't using it.

Adobe licenses are personal. It is not important that you work in the same company.

You can buy "volume" licenses.

It's rather an "emergency" situation - no one will punish you for that.
