Right to left numbers out of order - Urdu language

I'm back with a right to left issue. I have a document with Bible verses, so it is a string of number with a colon and a hypen. When I copy over into InDesign, the order of the numbers changes. It's only the ones that have hyphens (colons are fine). I have been trying to figure out what is the right order to just type them, but I'm not having any success figuring out what works. Is there any help for this? I tried to place the file, but have to apply my paragraph style for the text to read right to left at all, and then it was wrong again. I have attached screenshots of Word and InDesign.

I am so sorry for the delay in response. Can you confirm if this is happening on specific or multiple files along with a version of InDesign & OS?
