Rule above Endnotes frame

setting a book in Indesign. I have endnotes at the end of each chapter. No problem with that.

Now I would like to have a single rule above separtator line at the top of the endnote frame like footnotes have.

The Type > Footnotes options has a setting you can turn on/off for the rule. But Endnotes options have no such setting. I tried turning on the Footnotes rule above just in case it applied to Endnotes but it did not.

Paragraphs style didn't work as that put a line on every single endnote.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
