Running Headline with Numbering

good morning (or good evening, it depends) 

I need to know hot to create a Running Headline with Numbering like those in this video: https://youtu.be/sBgBQJLErCM

the video show what I need but I dont want to manually insert a cross reference in each paragraph as the video suggest.
is there one another way to have a running header with the complete paragraph style (included the number) ?

Peter seems to suggest a solution in this post, but I need it for tomorrow,

Convert the automatic paragraph numbers to text, then they'll appear in the running header. To convert the numbers: select all the text, then right-click and select 'Convert numbering to text'.

If you want to keep the automatic numbers, then save your document, convert the numbers to text, export (to PDF, probably), then discard your document.
