Save errors ID21

What is Adobe doing to fix this save error issue? I cannot get any work done because every time I try to save I get an error or ID shuts down. Even when it "repairs" the file, all the work done prior is lost.

There things you can try

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
