saving of deleted glyphs and tabulations into a style to use for other projects

Hi there

I am working on the indesign 2021 for a racing newspaper.

There is a speical format that we use for the racing fields. it comes in a text format with glyphs and not acutal tabulations. after i copy and past from the text to indesign it needs to be tabulated, the glyphs deleted and the resized to use in a column of 4.

I need to save the changes into a style so that i can use in other projects with out doing the changes manually.

Please any assistance will be appreciated.
