¿se puede publicar en Publish Online desde un Libro de Indesign?

Necesito saber si desde un libro de indesign, vale decir un .indb puedo publicar en Publish Online.

Desarrolle el proyecto en un libro ya que son varias secciones y cada seccion es muy extensa.

I don't think you can. 

But what I've done in the past is to create a PDF of the book

Once it's in a single document as a PDF or InDesign files are placed into a single document - you can then export to Publish Online.

I prefer just placing the InDesign file - and if something happens in your source (original) documents - then open up the new document where you have placed all your pages in a single document, you only need to update the Links - then publish online again.

How many Chapters, pages per Chaptter?

You could make a copy of the first chapter, then duplicate all pages from other chapters.
