search for a long time, there is no script to make the image fit proportionally to the column width

There is no option to scale width and height equally in the ID object style.
In practice, big zoom out, and small zoom in are a bit different.
The scripts for this also only simply zoom in, and do not make the content fit the frame, or the frame fit the content.

Any recommendations for information on this?

You need to apply object styles.
You also need to use the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E.
There is also the Object menu >> Fit >> Frame fit content

It takes at least three small to complete an operation.

Not following. Can you explain why Fit Content Proportionally or Fill Frame Proportionally do not work in your use case?
