Select name object state

I' can't select the name of a object state to change it.
I'm using InDesign 17.0.1 (OS 12.1)
It was always difficult to select, but now it doesn't work at all.

When I select it, it high lights for a short moment, but I can't change the name.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi Aad,

seems to be a bug with the Mac version of InDesign.

What you can try:

[1] Let the MSO panel float and do not dock it to other panels.

[2] Change the name of the state in the Layers panel that also must float and that is not docked to other panels.
