Can't see any comments or load in new ones. Seems like this is an issue across all my files and all of a sudden. Anyone else having this problem?

Someone else posted on this forum at the same time - it seemed to be down (not just locally) for ~30 minutes. It resolved itself without any of the restarting, etc. that I've had to do in the past. Something with Adobe's server probably

And before you get into the troubleshootng rigmarole - you could try signing out of creative cloud 

Online

From the Desktop App

And go to InDesign>Help and ensure you're logged out

 

Clear your internet cache

 

Restart

 

Then login 

Online
Desktop App
InDesign - > Help and ensure you're logged in
