Share for Review not displaying skewed items correctly

Share for Review is not showing skewed items as they appear in InDesign

There are a lot of things I like about Share for Review, but it seems like it's not being worked on. 

One big thing that would help would be the ability to show a slug in SFR.

Can you share your document - with this sample page? 

I don't use Share for Review - never had the need - but what if you add extra page on the side - you'll have to untick "Allow Shuffle" for a spread in Pages panel.

I'm not sure what adding an extra page would do? I'm talking about the way the skewed boxes align.

Ah yes, I see what you mean. hmmm, will give it a try maybe I could make it a custom / smaller page size. 

For that matter I could just add a cover page.

But you'll have to do it as a separate SPREADS first - then move:
