Share Link Preview Booting Out Guest Editors

Hi,

I created a doc in InDesign and used the share preview link to share the doc with stakeholders via web browser, as one does. Some of these stakeholders are experiencing issues with the link, receiving an error that says "Something went wrong. Your download is not available." Sometimes a new browser will allow them access to the preview for another short period, then they will lose access again. Their access to the doc seems to be sporadic. They are all commenting as Guests.

I encouraged them to make Adobe accounts so that they can edit their comments and see if they have continued access to the web link as an account holder, although I don't think it should matter.

Any help or insight into this issue is much appreciated. Thanks!

Some off-top: Why not share "classic" pdf-file for all?  PDF have different comments tools even in free Adobe Reader.
