Share Review Not Reliable

I love the share for review function, however it is proving too unreliable to be used in a professional setting.

Here are the issues that my team and I encountered on a regular basis:

  • Review comment window is blank
  • Updating sharing link freezes program
  • Review page in browser won't load (spinning circle of death)
  • Document in browser glitches and jumps around when trying to navigate

These are pretty serious issues that need to be resolved. I like the innovation, but in order to make it part of our process, reliability is the most important aspect.

Please check and let us know if it is working for you and your co-workers now or not.

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.

LATEST

InDesign 17.1 is now being rolled out around the world in a phased release. You should see it within a week. It should solve many of the Share for Review issues.
