Shortcuts indesign problem

Why are some shortcuts (spacebar tot move around in the document and option-shift to copy) not working?

Version Indesign 19.3 and operating system MacOs Ventura 13.6
I have this problem in all indesign documents.
Using the spacebar to move arouund in the document desn't show the hand icon anymore.
Option shift to copy something when holding a text frame neither doesn't work.

Maybe you have some application that is "first in the que" for those keys?
