I updated the last Indesign version

After the opening of an indesign file or after the creating of a new document the software block and i have to close it from Windows Activity Management

Software completely impossible to use!

A new update will arrive in help to solve this problem?
What can i do to solve?

  • Can you please confirm the OS and InDesign version you are using?
  • How much RAM does your computer have in total and how much does it have free when the software hangs?
  • Do you have any third party plugin/script installed in InDesign, if so try removing them and then see if it fixes the problem.
  • Try clearing out InDesign preferences
