Some Interactive buttons do not work after Published Online but works in Interactive PDF.

URGENT! NEED SOLUTION GUYS!!!!

Some Interactive buttons do not work after Published Online but works fine in Interactive PDF.

No complicate bottons in the file, just click and destinate to certain page. 

Some of them works well, some of them not. But each of the buttons works well in the Interactive PDF. 

Not sure what happen and just couldn't find a solution for whole day. 

It this a bug that cannot solved or there are anyway that I can make all buttons work in the Published Online format?

And all buttons are in the same layer. The layer is on the top of every other layer. Still part of the buttons not working.

Are you sure your Interactive PDF buttons work well – have you tested the document on a smart phone or tablet?

No only on PC.
Whereas the Published Online not works on tablets and mobile and PC.

You can have a word or words or an image (such as a button shape) as an Interactive PDF linked to another page in the document, or to an external website. Some devices, for example,  and smart phones and tablets don't have rollover capability – only click – you should avoid multi-action buttons like On Click, On Roll Over, etc. Multi-state objects (MSO) don’t work at all in Interactive PDFs.

We need more infos like screenshots, version of Id, Pc or Mac, versions.
