Struggling with the Master page

Hello, I am trying to removoe the elements from the master page off of just one of my document pages but can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know the answer?

Select the element in the document and select Command / Control + Shift, delete to remove it.

To clarify, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Click on the item to select it, then tap Delete to remove it.
