I have RGB swatches set up in indesign. When i use the same colour on one page it looks vibrant as it should, and on other pages it look dull, as if it's showing as CMYK, but the same swatch...can anyone help please? Thank you in advance.
If the transparency blend space of your document is set to CMYK and if there is any kind of transparency involved on the page (opacity less than 100%, drop shadow…) the page displays all the elements as CMYK.

Even if you change your Blend Space to RGB to continue creating your document, you need to assess what your end goal is. If you are printing this document, you need to realize that that "dull" colour is a bit of a warning... based on your Colour Settings, that is what you are going to get. Get in the habit of using View > Proof Colors to toggle between your RGB and the CMYK you will get based on your CMYK output Destination [Proof Setup]).
